Carly Peruccio (she/her) is an educator and freelance audio producer based in Portland, Maine. As the coordinator of Blunt Youth Radio, she helps young people produce a live radio show airing on WMPG 90.9 from the University of Southern Maine.
Her reporting has appeared on National Public Radio, and she was part of the team at Religion of Sports that produced Counterattack and Roughhousing.
She worked as a teaching assistant and instructor at the Maine College of Art & Design's Salt Institute for Documentary Studies, where she previously studied audio storytelling. She studied anthropology and French at Bates College, and she taught high school English in Luxembourg through the Fulbright program.
Carly loves watching soccer, running trails, and working at her local library.
